Our email may have mistakenly been sent to your spam folder.
Here’s how to make sure it always reaches you!
EMAIL WHITELIST INSTRUCTIONS
Given the rigorous filtering protocols employed by email providers, we kindly request that you add us to your trusted list of senders, contacts, or address book — a process commonly referred to as "Whitelisting."
Should you not find an email from Keep The Books in your Inbox, it’s plausible that it was inadvertently redirected to your spam folder.

Gmail
- If an email from Keep The Books is found in Gmail spam, open it.
- Click the three vertical dots in the top-right corner of the email.
- Select Filter messages like this.
- In the new menu, check Never send it to Spam.
- In the Categorize as option, select Primary.
- Click Create filter to save your changes.
Gmail Tabs
- If you find an email from Keep The Books in the Promotions tab, drag it to the Primary tab.
- A prompt will appear asking if you want to do this for future messages; select Yes.
iPhone Mail
- Open your Mail app and go to Mailboxes.
- Open the Junk folder.
- Find the email from Keep The Books, swipe left, and tap More.
- Select Mark as Not Junk.
Yahoo
- If you find an email from Keep The Books in your spam folder, open it.
- Click Not Spam at the top of the email.
- To ensure future emails land in your inbox, go to Settings, then Filters, and add support@keepthebooks.com to your whitelist.
Outlook
- Open the Outlook app and find the email from Keep The Books.
- Tap the three dots in the top right.
- Select Move to Focused Inbox.
- Choose Move this and all future messages.
Outlook (Desktop)
- Right-click the email in your Inbox.
- Hover over Junk and select Never Block Sender.
- You can also add support@keepthebooks.com to your Contacts list to ensure delivery.
Norton AntiSpam
- Open your Norton product and click Settings.
- Under AntiSpam, go to Blocked List and ensure support@keepthebooks.com is not listed.
- Add support@keepthebooks.com to the Allowed List.
Is your email client or spam filter not listed?
If Keep The Books is being filtered, try adding support@keepthebooks.com to your address book or contact list. If messages continue to be sent to your junk folder, contact your ISP or spam filter provider to ask how to whitelist support@keepthebooks.com.
